Anti-Pimple Tips

Tips for Pimple Free skin:

   +  Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water everyday
   +  Eat plenty of green salads, vegetables and fresh fruit.
   +  Avoid eating oily foods and junk foods.
   +  Wash your face twice a day with mild soap.
   +  Regularly shampoo your hair.
   +  Avoid unnecessarily touching your affected areas.
   +  Take a sleep of atleast 7 hours.
